An ambitious 'Fair Compensation' framework

  • Peter shares the progress on how they created a global Framework for Fair Compensation and benchmarked          entry-level wages against external fair wage indicators.

  • HR Directors in each market were asked to monitor individual employees' wage of all their direct companies to make sure  that they do not remain below the living wage benchmark that the FairWageNetwork has defined for more than 200 countries.
