The safety and well-being of our participants and employees is our top priority.
We want to emphasize that we closely follow and fully support the guidance being
provided by the World Health Organization and the local health authorities as it
relates to attendance of our events.
We will continue to monitor for changes in recommendations about events and
travel and will follow guidance from local health and government offices.
We will be implementing specific protocol on the ground including:
Increased cleaning and disinfection programme across all high-volume touchpoints, e.g. catering areas, surfaces, handrails, WCs, entrances/exits, etc.
Availability of sanitising and disinfection materials for public use.
Awareness and training to all staff on standard personal preventative measures, e.g. personal hygiene, frequency of use of sanitising/disinfection products, etc.
Installing signage onsite reminding attendees of hygiene recommendations.
Implementing a microphone disinfecting and change protocol for all speakers.
Communicating advice to all attendees to adopt a ‘no-handshake policy’.
The Hotel will be implementing the use of antiseptic gel dispensers in different areas of the hotel.
We ask all of you to take responsibility if you have been travelling in regions of high risk.
